On September 30, students from grades 7 to 10 at Open Sky School had an incredible adventure at Jim Corbett National Park. The trip kicked off with a visit to the beautiful Girija Temple, where students learned about its cultural significance along the banks of the Kosi River. They then explored the stunning landscapes of the Kosi River and participated in rituals at the sacred Hanuman Mandir.
Thrill-seekers enjoyed a range of exciting adventure sports, followed by relaxation at the swimming pool in their accommodation. The highlight of the trip was an exhilarating safari through the park, where students spotted an array of wildlife, including majestic tigers and elephants, while gaining insights from knowledgeable naturalists.
This memorable excursion not only provided thrilling experiences but also deepened students' understanding of biodiversity and the importance of conservation, fostering a greater appreciation for nature and local culture. We look forward to more such enriching adventures in the future!
