At Open Sky, we believe that mental well-being is just as important as physical health. To promote awareness, understanding, and compassion, we celebrated Mental Health Week with a series of thoughtful and engaging activities in the first week of October month.
Highlights of the week included mindfulness sessions, interactive workshops, poster and slogan-making competitions, and a “Gratitude Wall” where students shared positive messages. Teachers also led open circle-time discussions, encouraging students to express themselves and support one another.
Mental Health Week was a meaningful reminder that it’s okay to not be okay and that help, hope, and healing are always within reach. Together, we are creating a school environment where every student feels seen, supported, and safe.
