Educational Excursion for Class VI

Visit to Nehru Planetarium & War Memorial -    An educational excursion for the students of Class VI was successfully conducted on Saturday, 07 February, to the Nehru Planetarium and the War Memorial. The visit was organised with the objective of enhancing classroom learning through practical exposure and experiential understanding. At the Nehru Planetarium, students were introduced to the fascinating concepts of astronomy and space science. The informative shows and visual presentations helped them understand celestial bodies, the solar system, and basic astronomical phenomena in an engaging and interactive manner. The visit to the War Memorial provided students with an opportunity to learn about India’s military history and the sacrifices made by the armed forces. The experience instilled a sense of patriotism, respect, and national pride, while deepening their appreciation for the nation’s heroes. The excursion was conducted under the guidance and supervision of teachers, ensuring safety and discipline throughout the journey.
