Open Sky School celebrated Gandhi Jayanti through a meaningful Shramdaan initiative, promoting the values of cleanliness, service and compassion among students. The event was graced by Ms. Asha Sharma, Chief Guest, and Dr. Sonu Sharma, Guest of Honour.
Students actively participated in various activities, including a cleanliness drive and a food donation initiative for the needy, reflecting Mahatma Gandhi’s ideals of selfless service and community responsibility.
The highlight of the event was the engaging interaction, “Samvad Ke Rang, Asha Ma’am Ke Sang”, where Ms. Asha Sharma Ma’am shared her thoughts, experiences and reflections on Mahatma Gandhi and the values that inspired her. Her insightful words connected Gandhian principles with everyday life and left students with meaningful lessons on simplicity, service, responsibility and compassion.
The celebration was an enriching experience for everyone and served as a reminder that small acts of service can bring about meaningful change in society.
