Festivals  bring  joy and happiness. Keeping up with the tradition of celebrating all the festivals with great fervor and gaiety and to acquaint the students with the rich culture and heritage of India, Baisakhi celebration was held on 13 April 2022 in Open Sky,Sector 5, Gurugram  with great zeal. The school premise was aptly decorated depicting the harvest season. The junior school children came dressed in traditional Punjabi  colourful outfits with ornaments and accessories. Through open discussions, they were briefed about various aspects of this festival of harvest. A lot of theme based activities were planned for the Openskiites with the motive of helping children learn the significance of this special day. They relished special dishes to mark the festivity of Baisakhi. The motive behind the celebrations was to apprise the children of their rich culture and heritage. The teachers encouraged the children to enjoy and respect all festivals .
