Open Sky School, Sec – 5 Gurugram celebrated National Unity day to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India – Sardar Vallabh Patel. The euphoric occasion was graced by the Chief Guest Dr. Sonu Sharma, Chairperson Open Sky. The event started with ‘Run for Unity’ through sector-5 market which saw an active and enthusiastic participation by students, teachers and parents. It was followed by a presentation by the senior students where multitude of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel’s virtues and hardships were rekindled and revisited. The students called for everyone to imbibe his values of determination and steely will. The event ended with the oath taking ceremony where students took a pledge to dedicate themselves to preserve the unity and integrity of the country.
