Among the various services of guidance programme organized by Open Sky, ‘counseling service’ has a vital role to play. It is the most prominent aspect of guidance which conveys the meaning of guidance in different situations for different people in school. Weekly counseling sessions are arranged for the students as well as the staff members.
The counselor is plugged in to the rest of the school community to help them cope up with their problems.
