Parents can register their child for admission to Open Sky using any one of the following options-
- A. Offline Procedure
- Purchase the Registration Form for a fee of Rs.750/- from the school account office between 9 am to 10 am. Duly fill it and submit it with all
the documents at the school account office between 9 am to 11 am.
- * Follow all the Covid precautions when coming to School.
- B. Online Procedure
- Click Online Registration Tab on website and open the Application Form.
- Fill all the mandatory fields that are given in the form.
- Make the payment online and Save the receipt of the same
*Payment Confirmation Receipt to be attached with the Application Form while submitting it to
School.
- Print the complete form.
- Sign the undertaking of the Application form (last page) .
- Submit the form with all the documents and Online Payment Confirmation Receipt at the account office between 9 am to 11 am..
- * Follow all the Covid precautions when coming to School.
*An Incomplete application form without photographs and other documents will not be accepted.
- List of documents to be attached (applicable for both procedure A and B)
- Birth Certificate
- Address Proof
- Passport size Family photograph
- Transfer Certificate -Original copy(if applicable)
- Vaccination card copy with Medical Form
- Passport Size Photos of Child(5Copies)
- Passport Size Photos of Parents(2Copies)
- Aadhar card copy of child
- Copies of progress report card for the last 2 years
- Please note: staple all documents to the top left-hand corner of the application
- The details filed in the form must match the details as given in the birth certificate
- The above documents(recently attested photocopies)must be produced along with the filled application form.
