Open Sky School, Sec – 5 Gurugram celebrated its Annual Day on March 29,2024. The euphoric occasion was graced by the Chief Guest Mrs. Asha Sharma, President SDAV society, Guest of honour Dr. Sonu Sharma, Chairperson Open Sky, esteemed members of the management and special invitees.
The theme of the event – ‘PARIVARTAN – a step towards change’ was aimed at learning from the past and embracing the new.
The program commenced with the lighting of the lamp accompanied by the soothing vocals of vedic chants.
Celebrating the rich cultural history of India, this theatrical presentation took the audience on a journey through the millennia. Starting from the vedic period and going on to the AI powered future, the various time periods of Indian history were rekindled and revisited. The students brought the characters to life and left the audience spellbound with their stagecraft. The play was skillfully interspersed and interwoven with various dances which took the story forward.
The empowered students through their power packed performances called for every individual to embrace the continuous change taking place around us with open arms.
The objective was realized when students received a standing ovation. The event culminated with the grand finale and a dazzling fireworks display .
